In LEGO® Motion Camp, young engineers explore the exciting world of force and motion through hands-on, instructor-led LEGO® building lessons. Each day, campers use LEGO® BricQ Motion kits to build models together as a group while learning foundational physics concepts like pushes and pulls, gravity, friction, balance, energy, and how simple machines such as gears and levers make work easier.
This camp is perfect for children who enjoy building, following build instructions, learning how things move, and exploring science through hands-on LEGO® engineering.
Campers follow guided builds step-by-step and then test their models to observe how design changes affect movement. They explore ideas such as balanced and unbalanced forces, collisions, mechanical advantage, and how mass or height can change motion. Through prediction, testing, and redesign, campers begin to understand real scientific principles—including the basics of Newton’s laws—in fun and accessible ways.
Every lesson includes building, testing, refining, and discussing what they notice. This camp uses only the BricQ Motion kits (no free-build or additional bricks), providing a focused, structured week of hands-on engineering.
Families receive an online photo album highlighting campers’ builds, experiments, and learning moments.
